2. Check whether the geometric dimension is deformed. Due to improper manufacturing, transportation and storage, some parts are prone to deformation. When checking, the shaft parts can be rolled along the glass plate once to see whether there is light leakage at the connection between the parts and the glass plate, and determine whether it is curved. When selecting the plate or friction plate of the clutch follower plate, you can hold the plate and friction plate in front of your eyes and observe whether they warp. 3. Check whether the connector is flat. During the handling and storage of spare parts, due to vibration and collision, the joints often appear burrs, indentation, damage or cracks, which is related to the use of spare parts. Inspection of purchasing matters needing attention.

4. Check whether the surface of the part is corroded. The surface of qualified spare parts has the necessary precision and gloss. The more important the spare parts, the higher the precision, the stricter the rust-proof and anti-corrosion packaging. Precautions when purchasing and checking, if the parts are found to have rust, mildew, or cracked rubber parts lose elasticity, or the journal surface has obvious turning knife marks, should be replaced.

5. Check whether the protective face is intact. Most parts and components are basically coated with protective coatings in the factory. 6. Check whether the bonding part is lifted. A fitting consisting of two or more parts is crimped, glued or welded without lifting between them, such as an oil pump plunger and a regulating arm combined by crimping; The clutch is riveted to the plate by the driven wheel, and the friction plate is riveted or glued to the plate. The skeleton of the paper filter element is glued together with the filter paper; The ends of electrical wires are soldered. If the lifting is found during the purchase process, it should be replaced.

7. See whether the operating parts are flexible. When selecting the assembly of the engine oil pump and other moving parts, the pump shaft should feel flexible and without sticking. When selecting a rolling bearing, support the inner ring of the bearing with one hand and rotate the outer ring with the other hand. The outer ring should be able to operate quickly and freely, then gradually stop operation. If the moving parts do not work properly, the internal parts are corroded or deformed and do not need to be purchased.

8. Check whether the component contains any parts. Normal assembly parts must be complete and intact to ensure the smooth progress of installation, configuration and normal operation. If some small parts on the assembly parts are omitted, the assembly parts will not work, or even scrap.
