Any liquid-cooled car engine has a small device called a thermostat, which is located between the engine and the radiator.

When the temperature in the car rises to a certain set range value, the temperature switch contact of the thermostat is closed, the electromagnetic clutch is turned on, and the compressor works. When the temperature in the car drops to a certain set value, the temperature switch contact is disconnected, the electromagnetic clutch current is interrupted, and the compressor will stop working.
